This is a classic combination machine.

Except for the stone removal function, it contains almost all the functions a processor wants. It have air separator , sieves , gravity separator and another big vibration grader .

What is the working process of this machine?

The raw grain go to machine by elevator,first go through the vertical air screen cleaner ( so called air separator ) which will remove the dust and light impurities ;

2.Then the grain will go to the small vibration sieves which got two layers can remove the big and small impurities. Meantime , this will help the seeds to be more easy for the next process .

3.After the vibration sieves ,  the grain /seeds will go to the gravity table which can remove the small sticks,lighted,moldy and insected grain; Here, our machines separate good seeds and bad seeds according to the different weights of the seeds through wind and vibration.

4.Finally the grains /seeds will go to the vibration grader . The vibration grader have 4 layer sieves .  which can remove the big and small impurities again or separate the grains/seeds to different sizes .

This machine was basically promoted to the African continent by our salesmen. We sold many of these machines to Sudan since 2018. Later, many of these machines were installed in various African countries as an advanced product of the 5XFS-7.5FC double air screen cleaner.

5XFZ-25S Air Screen Cleaner with Gravity Table with 5XFJ-10C Vibration Grader have bigger capacity . 5t/h for sesame seed and 7-8t/h for beans , grains .  It have higher purity , more than 99.5% . If you add one De-stoner after the machine , you can get perfect result for the grains .
