The processing line is big capacity for grains , seeds .  the multi function machine can remove most of the impurities . and then the grains going to de-stoner and gravity separator .It will remove the stone and sand , empty seeds , moldy seeds etc. Finally , the packing machine will packing the grains in bags .

Regarding grain cleaning machines, they are different from ordinary seed cleaning machines, sesame cleaning machines, etc. Because the output of grains is generally very large, such as wheat, corn, sorghum, etc. Therefore, the output required by grain cleaning machines is also getting larger and larger.

The main functions of these machines are as follows

5XFZ-310 Auto PLC cleaning machine can remove dust , big and small impurities , light impurities . This is a newly developed machine. It includes multiple functions and is also intelligently controlled. 

5QS-10 de-stoner , remove stone form the grains . normally , one line needs 2 sets de-stoner to reach the capacity .

5XZ-10 gravity separator , remove the moldy seeds , empty seeds . And , it will need 2 sets gravity separator too .

DCS-100S packing machine . packing the grains into bags in 50kg . this packing machine can pack 600bags per hour . it means the capacity can reach 30t per hour .

Grain cleaning production lines generally have relatively simple requirements. Because this kind of material will be sent to flour mills, feed mills, etc. after processing. This determines that they do not need particularly fine processing. Pre-cleaner, de-stoner, gravity separator is already a relatively complete machine. Even many customers only need one pre-cleaner to meet their requirements.
