5XFS সিরিজের এয়ার স্ক্রিন ক্লিনার হল মৌলিক প্রি-ক্লিনিং মেশিন, বিভিন্ন ক্ষমতার উপর ভিত্তি করে এর তিনটি মডেল রয়েছে;

The main function of the air screen cleaner is for removing the dust,light impurities by air screen part,removing the bigger and smaller impurities by sieves in grader part;

The machine can use for different grain,seeds and beans,but usually will connect with other machines,like de-stoner, gravity separator etc.

This machine is almost the earliest modern grain cleaning machine in China. Before this, China had been using simple handmade machines or imported machines to clean seeds and grains.

It has a very simple structure and a wide range of application modes.

Simple structure: It mainly have the 4 parts . 1. Elevator . 2. Air screen 3. Vibration grader 4. Fan .

When using the machine , the worker only need to Put the materials into the hopper of elevator . Then elevator will send the materials into the machine . it will go through the air screen or called air separator . The air will take out the light impurities such as dust , small leaves , shells , strew, etc .Then , the materials will go through the vibration grader . the vibration grader have 4 layer sieves with different size of holes . it will remove the big and small impurities .  The final good seeds or grains will come out itself .

This machine has another advantage. No matter how small the quantity is, even as little as 1kg of material, you can put it into this machine for processing. This allows many customers to bring a small amount of material to our factory to test the machine, which promotes its sales.

This machine has achieved its goal of being all over the world with its very stable performance. Even now, it is still an indispensable member of the grain cleaning machine arena. It often appears in people's field of vision as the first machine in the grain cleaning production line.
