Гравитациялық үстел және діріл грейдері бар PLC автотазартқышы

This combined machines include the Z310 PLC Control Combined Cleaner with the Double Vibration box Vibration Grader; After cleaning will go to grading; This combined machines can improve the purity which is widely used for the soybean, chickpea etc.

For many customers, the purity obtained by a single Z310 PLC Control Intelligent Combined Cleaner is not enough. They need more functions to separate large and small impurities in beans, seeds, and grains. Because of higher requirements, the vibration grader on the Z310 machine is not enough, and a more refined separation is required.

At this time, in order to match its output, we designed a large grading machine. Each vibration is divided into two grading boxes to increase the output. At the same time, the two vibration grader are combined together to obtain a machine with 4 times the capacity.

In this way, with the whole set of machines, we can get a complete, large-capacity, high-purity grain cleaning machine on the basis of saving space. For cleaning sesame seed , it can be 10-12t/h capacity . for cleaning beans , wheat , maize , it can be 25-30t/h . It is widely used in grain import and export industry, grain processors, feed industry, etc.

Moreover, such a set of machines can fit into a 40HQ container, making maximum use of the container's carrying capacity.

As a set of the latest domestic technology, it surpasses the products of other manufacturers in the same industry. Our machine has now become the most popular product in the industry. Since 2021, the product has been very popular in China. Moreover, through the efforts of our colleagues in the International Trade Department, this product has now been sold to Nigeria, Togo, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Pakistan, Mexico and other countries.

Pursuing excellence, updating and becoming stronger. Our BEIBU company will continue to update our products, while ensuring the quality of our products, and provide customers with better quality grain cleaning machines.
