The machine are mainly used for green mung bean and cassia seed etc.

What many people don't know is that, generally speaking, the grains or beans we buy in supermarkets are polished. Compared with natural beans, they have no dust attached to the surface and are brighter. They sparkle under the lights of the supermarket.

The principle of the polishing machine is very simple. There is a main shaft inside, and there are brushes made of cloth on the main shaft. These brushes are arranged in a spiral. After the beans enter the machine, the main shaft rotates, and these cloth brushes will continue to rub the surface of the beans, while pushing the beans forward and finally reaching the outlet. At the same time, the beans will also rub against each other to achieve the purpose of polishing.

Our company's polishing machine has a special design compared to other companies. Other companies' polishing machines have a fan. This fan collects dust and other things through negative pressure after the machine polishes the beans. Our company's polishing machine has two fans. At the same time, there are many small holes on the main shaft of the polishing machine. One of the two fans, a high-pressure fan, blows air into the main shaft of the polishing machine when it is working. The high-pressure gas is spread between the beans through the holes on the main shaft. The other fan will suck air and provide negative pressure inside the machine. In this way, the two fans can continuously use gas to flush the surface of the beans during the operation of the machine, and remove the dust that falls during the polishing process to the maximum extent.

Therefore, our company's polishing machine can polish beans more efficiently.
