5XBY-5 Тұқым қаптау машинасы

In the seed industry, there is a very important step, which is to prevent pests and diseases. Otherwise, the seeds planted are likely to be eaten by insects.

Therefore, seed coating machines came into being. Its function is to coat the surface of seeds with corresponding pesticides.

The 5BY series seed coating machine produced by our factory is one of the main equipment for seed industrialization production. It is suitable for coating the seeds of various crops such as wheat, barley, corn, sorghum, soybean, cotton, vegetables, melons and fruits.

This machine draws on the advantages of domestic and foreign models and is optimized. It is very popular with users. There are 5BY-5B and 5BY-5W models. The 5BY-5B model is supplied by a gear pump, adjusted by a frequency converter, and has a common liquid medicine barrel. The 5BY-5W model is supplied by a gear pump, adjusted by a frequency converter, and the liquid medicine tank is automatically heated, which is suitable for use in cold areas. Both models adopt advanced design solutions such as high-speed centrifugal disk atomization and soft agitator stirring. They are small in size, simple to operate, less faults, reliable in use, easy to clean, no gas dissipation, accurate dosage, uniform film formation and wide adaptability.

The seeds are sent into the mixing box by the elevator, and the seeds are evenly spread around by the grain spreading cone. During the spreading process, the agent is sent to the spinning disc in the mixing box by the gear pump. Under the high-speed centrifugal force of the spinning disc, the agent is evenly atomized and effectively attached to the surface of the seeds, forming a preliminary coating body. The coating body then enters the mixer, is further mixed and coated by the soft agitator, and finally sent to the discharge port and discharged out of the machine.

After being processed by the seed coating machine, the seeds can be guaranteed to grow healthily.
