Beans cleaner to Egypt

Today, we sent two containers of machines to Egypt. They include 5XFS-10C air sieve cleaner, 5QS-10 taş ayırıcı, 5XZ-8 specific gravity machine and 5PS-5 polisher.

This is the bean cleaning machine and herbs cleaning machine sent to our agent. We have been cooperating for many years and have a good cooperative relationship.

Egypt is an important country in Africa. It is located in the north of the Sahara. Due to the hot and dry desert climate, most Egyptians are concentrated in the area around the mouth of the Nile River. Because Egypt has a large population, there is a very high demand for beans and grains.

Egypt is a major producer of broad beans, with an annual output of about 500,000 tons, which are widely used for domestic consumption and export.

The annual output of lentils is about 20,000 tons, mainly for domestic consumption.

The annual output of chickpeas is about 15,000 tons, mainly for domestic consumption.

The annual output of sesame is 20,000-30,000 tons. It is widely used in food processing, such as making tahini and traditional desserts (such as Halva).

Others include mung beans, soybeans, peas, black-eyed peas, red beans, etc.

Egypt produces about 9 million tons of wheat each year, but domestic demand is large and still needs to be imported.

The annual output of corn is about 7 million tons, mainly used for feed and food processing.

In addition, Egypt also produces a lot of herbs. These include Cumin, Coriander seeds, fennel, black papper, etc.

Before eating or processing these beans, grains, and spices, they need to be processed. At this time, we need to use our bean cleaning machine and herbs cleaning machine. In general, these two machines can be used interchangeably. However, due to their great differences in weight and size, the sieve part of the machine needs to be modified.

For the above reasons, in 2019, I met our current Egyptian agent at the Canton Fair in China.

After friendly communication and visits to the factory, we have had friendly cooperation for many years.

Due to the Chinese Spring Festival and the addition of some machines in the middle, this is his first batch of containers in 2025. However, according to previous customer feedback, they are very satisfied with the processing effect of our machines. This year we will send engineers to Egyptian customers' homes with our Egyptian agents to debug their machines for them and help them get a better experience using the machines.
