The Fan is to provide the air for the machine . it have 7 sets .
The gravity table is made of frame and it’s net .the net is stainless . At the same time, a layer of perforated screen is also included under the net . Usually, it is placed at an angle.
When working, the fan blows air upwards. The wind passes through the screen and net of the gravity table and blows the seeds into the air. The screen helps to make the wind more even. The net is used to hold the seeds, allowing wind to pass through but preventing the seeds from falling.
Generally speaking, there is a difference in weight between good seeds and bad seeds. For example, moldy seeds, insect-eaten seeds, straw, broken seeds, etc. Due to the difference in weight, when the wind blows towards them, the good seeds are at a lower position, while the impurities are at an upper position.The good seeds at the lower layer climb upwards due to the vibration and friction of the gravity table. The impurities at the higher layer can only flow to the lower end of the gravity table due to the lack of friction. Therefore, the two can be separated.
