In view of the limited space of the customer's factory, we specially designed a set of double-layer platform solutions for efficient use of space to effectively meet the production needs of customers. On the upper level of the platform, we placed different silos, which are used to temporarily store materials to facilitate subsequent cleaning operations. At the same time, we also built a maintenance platform for the elevator here to facilitate the operation of machine maintenance.

On the lower level of the platform, we set up two large-capacity Z310 grain cleaning machines, which include three functions: wind screen cleaning function, screening function and specific gravity table function. These two machines have strong performance and can complete 50 tons of output per hour together, while also making the beans reach a high degree of purity, allowing customers to achieve high-efficiency and high-output production goals.
