Seed Cleaning Processing Plant

This is a standard seed cleaning production line that can meet the requirements of most customers. It mainly includes the following machines.

The processing line include the machines as below.5XFS-7.5C air screen cleaner , 5QSC-5 De-stoner,5XZ-5 gravity separator,5XFJ-7.5C Vibration grader , 5BY-5 Seed coating machine ,DCS-50A Packing machine ; DTY-10M elevator loading the seeds to the processing machine.

In addition, we can also modify this production line according to customer requirements. For example, add a platform, add a dryer, or reduce a machine, change a machine, etc. Everything is customer-oriented and meets customer requirements.

The main functions of these machines are as follows:

5XFS-7.5C air screen cleaner ，have two functions :air screen and vibration grader .  the air screen can remove the dust , leaves shells and other light impurities .The vibration grader is to remove the  big and small impurities . This machine also called pre-cleaner . It can be replaced by the 5XFS-7.5FC double air screen cleaner or 5XFZ-25S air screen cleaner with gravity table .

5QSC-5 De-stoner is to remove the stone and sand in the seeds.

5XZ-5 gravity separator can remove the moldy seeds , empty seeds ,immature grains and some other light impurities .

5XFJ-7.5C Vibration grader can separate  splits ,  and separate the seeds to different sizes . The good size will be taken as the seeds .

5BY-5 Seed coating machine, Coat pesticides on seeds . It is to protect the seed from the insect when planting . some times it will need a dryer .

DCS-50A Packing machine. pack the seeds into10- 50kgs .

In addition, customers may want to add a magnetic separator and a cylinder.

If the customer has different requirements for capacity, it can be achieved by changing the model of the machine.
