How the De-stoner working?

De-stoner is one of our main product which is after the pre-cleaning machine,for removing the stones from the all kinds of grains,like soybean,sesame,wheat,corn,maize etc.,there are two types of the De-stoner,based the capacity different,5QSC-5 De-stoner for sesame cleaning is 3t/h and 5QSC-10 De-stoner for sesame cleaning is 4-5t/h.The stone removing rates is above 99%.

So how the De-stoner machine working?

          Blowing type De-stoner will remove the stones and other heavy impurities; 

• The raw material will deliver to the De-stoner by elevator,then the material will evenly scattered on the De-stoner table,with the fan motorunder the table blow up the wind and the vibration of machine,the stones and other heavy impurities will climb up and the material will go down to the final product outlet.
• The De-stoner had been popular used in the different grain field,and we ready for it!
