This sesame and pulses cleaning line mainly design for cleaning sesame seed and all kinds of beans .

It including the machines as below .

1. 5XFZ-25S air screen cleaner with gravity table . This machine have 3 functions . it have air separator , to remove most of the light impuritys . It have 2 layer sieves . to remove the big and small impurities .  And one gravity separator is there . It will remove the light impurities . 
2. 5QS-10 De-stoner . this machine will remove the heavy impurities . for example , stone , sand ect . Depending on their weight, this machine can separate them by using the interaction of wind and vibration.
3. 5CX-10 Magnetic separator . This machine will remove the soil block . Because all soil contains a slight magnetic field, this magnetic separator uses a powerful magnetic field to separate soil clumps from seeds.
4. 5XFJ-10C Vibration grader . Depending on their size, large and small impurities are separated by vibration and different sieve openings. Alternatively, seeds can be graded into different classes.
5. 6SXZ-630V color sorter . This is a high-tech machine that uses a camera to capture information about the seeds, a computer to identify impurities, and an air gun to remove them.Currently, all high-end seed cleaning production lines need to be equipped with at least one such machine.
6. DCS-100A Auto Packing machine . This machine uses electronic sensors to automatically weigh materials such as beans and sesame seeds, and then uses a sewing machine and conveyor belt to pack and transport them.
7. In addition, this machine also includes a comprehensive dust removal system to ensure a clean and tidy workshop environment.
