A Report on the Visit of Sudanese Distributors: Deepening Cooperation and Drawing a Blueprint for Development

Yesterday, we were honored to welcome a delegation of important distributors from our long-term partner in Sudan for a visit to our company. This visit was not only a routine business exchange, but also an important opportunity to deepen mutual trust and consolidate cooperation, injecting new vitality and confidence into future strategic collaboration.

Under the company's meticulous arrangements, the visit first focused on our core production base. The delegation went deep into the factory, conducting on-site inspections of the production processes and equipment. We highlighted and explained several core products to the client, including a highly efficient and stable destoner, a newly developed and put into production large-scale gravity separator, and a new large-scale grain cleaner with more advanced technology and significantly increased processing capacity. The client showed great interest in the design concepts, manufacturing precision, and intelligent operation of these machines, and frequently engaged in in-depth discussions with our technical staff regarding their working principles, capacity parameters, and applicability.

Subsequently, I led the client on a tour of the spare parts precision machining workshop and the equipment assembly workshop. In the spare parts workshop, the customer meticulously observed the entire process from raw material cutting and precision machining to quality inspection, highly praising our company's commitment to in-house production and strict quality control of key components. In the final assembly workshop, witnessing the rigorous assembly and debugging of equipment, the customer was full of praise for our standardized production management, orderly production process, and the skilled techniques of our employees.

Regarding our grain cleaning machines, the customer reiterated their consistent satisfaction. They reported that similar equipment previously purchased demonstrated excellent reliability and efficient cleaning results in practical applications in Sudan, significantly improving the efficiency and quality of their processing operations. Furthermore, based on their extensive market experience and localized operational needs, the customer also offered some highly constructive suggestions for improvement, such as optimizing the cleaning of specific grains (e.g., sorghum) and enhancing the equipment's adaptability to extreme climatic conditions. This valuable feedback provides important reference for our continuous product iteration and precise market positioning.

Our cooperative relationship dates back to 2019. That year, we first met at the Canton Fair, known as "China's No. 1 Exhibition." The Canton Fair, an international trade platform, has built a bridge of communication for both parties. Based on initial trust and recognition of each other's professional capabilities, our cooperative journey began. Early on, the client purchased specialized machines for cleaning peanuts and sesame seeds in bulk. These machines withstood the test in the Sudanese market; their stable performance and excellent results provided strong support for the client's business expansion and laid a solid foundation for our long-term and stable cooperative relationship.

Through this in-depth face-to-face exchange and on-site inspection, the client gained a more comprehensive and intuitive understanding of our company's R&D strength, manufacturing capabilities, and quality control system.
