Beibu Machinery has completed the installation of the bean cleaning machine provided by European customers.
This set of equipment consists of 5XFZ-25S wind screen specific gravity cleaner, vibrating grading screen and packaging scale. It can clean most bean seeds, effectively remove dust, chaff, grass sticks, broken grains, worm-eaten grains and unfull grains, and can separate petals and large and small grains.
After installation and commissioning, our bean cleaning machine has been officially put into production. Whether in cleaning cleanliness or controlling the breakage rate, we have excellent performance. The cleaning cleanliness can reach 99.5%, and the breakage rate is controlled within one ten-thousandth, which can be said to be an excellent performance.
