Air Separator: Use airflow dynamics to separate ultra-light impurities such as dust and broken leaves in petals to avoid subsequent equipment blockage;

Gravity Separator: Use gravity differences to remove abnormal density materials such as moldy petals and insect-eaten particles;

Vibration Grader: The double-layer amplitude design can simultaneously screen out large branches and small debris to ensure the integrity of the petals;

Stone Remover: The patented tilt vibration plate is combined with air pressure sensing to remove heavy impurities such as stones and metal debris at a removal rate of 99.7%;

Color Sorter: The hyperspectral camera identifies and removes discolored and oxidized petals to ensure the uniform color of the finished product.

From technical breakthroughs to industry benchmarks*

During the project, the team overcame three major technical difficulties: First, the color sorting misjudgment problem caused by the fluctuation of the moisture content of hibiscus flowers was solved by dynamic light source compensation technology; second, the phenomenon of impurities adsorbed by the petals by electrostatic electricity, and a special ion wind neutralization device was developed; third, a low-voltage protection module was added to address the unstable power supply of African customer factories. At present, the production line can process 2.5 tons of raw materials per hour, and the purity of the finished products meets the EU food grade standards.
