BEIBU recently successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a large-scale pea production line. Designed to meet a customer's demanding processing capacity of 20 tons per hour, the line features a high degree of automation and intelligent capabilities, allowing for flexible adjustments to cleanliness levels based on order requirements.
The core equipment of the production line includes a Z310 intelligent integrated grain cleaner, two Type 10 stone removers, a DCS-100S fully automatic packaging scale, a 5XFJ-20C grading screen, and a 10-meter-long horizontal conveyor. The system design balances efficiency and flexibility, particularly in terms of cleanliness control. For customers with high cleanliness requirements, the grading screen can be activated for fine screening. For those requiring standard cleanliness, the system can be deactivated, allowing the cleaning and stone removal stages to complete the basic processing. This not only saves energy but also accommodates the production needs of multiple varieties and standards.
During the three-day installation and commissioning process, the BEIBU technical team provided comprehensive support, ensuring rapid and stable operation of the equipment. The customer was highly satisfied with the performance and processing results of the entire line. All selected equipment is mature and proven in the market, with low failure rates, easy maintenance, and stable and reliable performance.
Final testing showed that the production line achieved a pea cleanliness rate exceeding 99.5%, far exceeding the industry average. This efficient processing capacity enables the customer to load ten truckloads of peas daily, significantly improving shipping efficiency and market responsiveness. The customer expressed high praise, believing that the production line not only meets current production capacity and quality requirements but also provides a reliable foundation for future business expansion.

BEIBU is committed to providing customers with customized, high-standard grain cleaning and sorting solutions. The successful commissioning of this pea production line further demonstrates the company's expertise and technological advantages in grain processing.
