The installation of Ethiopian sesame bean production line is completed

After 30 days of intensive work, we are proud to announce the successful completion of installation and commissioning of the customized sesame and bean cleaning line for our client, DINA in Ethiopia.

This line is not a standard product; rather, it was tailored to our client's unique needs. Based on DINA's specific plant dimensions and meticulous requirements for deep cleaning of sesame and beans, our engineering team conducted specialized design and manufacturing, ensuring that each piece of equipment maximized efficiency within the limited space, perfectly meeting the client's expectations for customized equipment.

To ensure the smooth progress of the project, we dispatched our most experienced team of senior engineers to Ethiopia in September of this year. During the installation, our engineers worked closely with the local workers, overcoming language and cultural differences to form a highly effective team. They not only provided step-by-step guidance on equipment positioning, assembly, and wiring, but also dedicated themselves to providing essential operational and maintenance knowledge. This core production line features sophisticated craftsmanship and a comprehensive suite of features, including:

- 5XFZ-25S air-screen gravity washer for efficient initial cleaning and gravity sorting;

- 5QS-10 destoner for precise removal of heavy impurities such as stones from the raw materials;

- 5CX-10 magnetic separator for effective removal of soil and ferrous metals;

- 5XFJ-10C vibrating grading screen for precise size classification;

- 6SXZ-630V color sorter for precise removal of off-color particles, ensuring finished product quality, utilizing advanced photoelectric recognition technology;

DCS-100A fully automatic packaging machine for automated weighing, bagging, and sealing of finished products, improving terminal efficiency.

After rigorous no-load and load testing, the production line's performance indicators met or even exceeded design expectations. DINA's customers expressed high praise for the final operational results, impressed by the smooth process flow and excellent cleaning results. Based on this trust and satisfaction, the customer has actively contacted us to discuss the construction plan of a second production line. This marks a new stage in our cooperation and lays a solid foundation for our continued development in the Ethiopian and East African markets.
