II. Working Process
01 Multi-Stage Air Screening and Cleaning: Gradual and precise impurity removal! First, air separation removes dust and husks, then a vibrating screen removes large impurities such as grass stems, corn cobs, large stalks, and stones. Finally, sand and weed seeds are removed, and even very small particles and broken grains can be precisely separated; the gravity table can remove some underdeveloped, moldy, and insect-damaged kernels.
02 Destoner: Repeatedly "screens" for dust and stones, removing stones and preventing stone impurities from remaining; ensuring normal operation of subsequent deep processing and preventing stones from damaging machinery during processes such as grinding!
03 Magnetic Separator: Removes stubborn impurities such as soil clumps, soil particles, and ferrous materials.
04 Precise Color Sorting and Grading: The first color sorter removes wrinkled grains, insect-damaged grains, moldy grains, discolored grains, and shriveled grains. The color sorter also features a secondary cleaning function to ensure the purity of the finished product and that no finished product is mixed with impurities! Defective products are stored separately, preventing waste of good seeds;
05 Vibrating Grading Screen: Finally removes broken grains.
