Pulse jet dust collection is a cleaning method widely used in industrial production worldwide. The main working principle is as follows: Air enters the dust collector through the inlet, filtering from the outside in. The filtered dust adheres to the surface of the filter bags. A blowpipe is located above the filter bags, with nozzles corresponding to each filter bag. When the pulse valve opens, compressed air is ejected from the nozzles into the filter bags, causing impact vibration that dislodges the dust adhering to the filter bags.

Pulse jet cleaning utilizes solenoid valves to activate the pulse valves. Due to frequent cleaning, these valves are prone to wear, leading to leaks, and are susceptible to moisture and icing. The novel pulse jet dust collector employs advanced technology and high-quality solenoid valves, avoiding leaks caused by valve wear and improving the machine's stability under harsh operating conditions.

Pulse jet dust collectors typically have a high filtration velocity (airflow-filter media ratio), so frequent friction and continuous compressed air blowing can cause filter element wear. However, the new pulse jet dust collector, thanks to its unique structural design and high-quality filter material (the filter material has been proven effective in other equipment over a long period), boasts a filter lifespan of at least 5 years, preventing increased costs for customers due to frequent filter replacements!
